Hey there, welcome to Greenspan Realty's official page for the 2024 Manhattan Beach Grand Prix! We're thrilled to be back as sponsors for another year of this thrilling event. Last year, we had a blast meeting local South Bay neighbors at our booth, and we can't wait to do it all over again!

 

Celebrating its 61st year, the Manhattan Beach Grand Prix is a beloved tradition here in July. This thrilling road cycling race brings together cyclists of all levels to compete on the scenic streets of Manhattan Beach.

The Kids' Races are a highlight for families, offering young riders aged 2-14 the chance to experience the excitement of racing. Here are the details:

 

Race Time: Ages 2-6 start at 12:00 PM, Ages 7-12 start at 12:30 PM

 

Location: Kids' Races booth near the Kids Zone
Admission: FREE for spectators, includes race number, souvenir T-shirt, goodie bag, and medal

 

Kids can bring their own bikes and helmets and enjoy a fun-filled day in the Kids Zone while cheering on the pro racers starting bright and early at 7:00 AM.

Stop by Greenspan Realty's booth near the start/finish line for a taste of local favorite Gitana Coffee's special blend made just for this event. Enjoy complimentary coffee (while supplies last) and treat the kids to free popsicles after they've cheered on the racers at the exciting Kids' Races.
