Scott is the founder and President of Greenspan Realty.  As a Los Angeles native he is uniquely familiar with the various neighborhoods within the greater Los Angeles area.  Upon graduating from the University of Southern California his entire career has focused on real estate within the Los Angeles area.

As a principal with a local real estate development and general contracting company Scott has had first hand experience with all facets of real estate including sales, design, permitting and construction.  Scott’s knowledge of the investment, construction and purchase / sales process lends valuable insight to his client’s experience in the purchase or sale of property. 

Scott is focused on representing his clients with integrity and attention to detail.  He is a member of the South Bay Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
